Michelle Ma advises startups and growth stage tech companies on commercial contracts, product and IP issues, and business and legal strategy for growth and preparing for acquisition. Prior to starting her practice, she worked in WSGR's Technology Transactions Group, spent time in-house at a pre-IPO tech company handling all commercial contracts and licenses, served as executive in several early stage startups, and founded her own legal tech startup.
